Your\ntrail permit comes with a liability insurance policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As\nthe owner of an all-terrain vehicle (quad), you are required by law to have a\nliability insurance policy to cover bodily injury or property damage your vehicle\nmight cause to other people. This policy must provide at least $500,000 of\ncoverage.\u202fThis civil liability insurance is mandatory for all quads, whether\nor not they are used on trails.<\/strong> The FQCQ trail pass is now sold with a\ncivil liability insurance policy for $1,000,000.\u202f\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To include this insurance with the permit, the FQCQ has negotiated an agreement with Intact Insurance to make sure every member has solid protection in case of an accident, at a very reasonable price because of the size of the network. The liability insurance costs only $42.37, tax included, and this amount is included in the price of your trail pass. <\/strong>Compare this with what your insurance company offers, and you\u2019ll see that your federation\u2019s offer gives you great value<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
